How to suppress appetite naturally?

i already hit the gym pretty much every other day, and i run 3 miles when im not at the gym, but i always find myself going for snacks, or feeling like i am starving, mostly when i have nothing to do and i am bored. i am looking for an easy natural way to curve my appetite, and i don't have alot of money to spend! thanks:)
